In China, the e-bike industry is a highly competitive field, the attenuation problem of lithium battery packs cannot be solved, factories mainly increase the capacity of electric energy of battery packs to improve the endurance mileage and life cycle, which leads to greatly reduce the safety of battery packs (according to the data of the Ministry of Public Security, there are about 18000 battery explosion alarm events of e-bikes in 2021). As power source, lithium cells must be combined in series structure. Theoretically, the performance of cell is consistent in life cycle and energy storeage so there will not be attenuation phenomenon. According to the Entropy Theory, it is impossible to maintain the consistency of cells' performance.

As a very special group of takeout riders, their working intensity and riding intensity enlarge the problem of battery pack attenuation and factories cannot manufacture battery pack to meet their endurance mileage requirements by increasing capacity.

In global, maintaining the consistency of cells through electro-chemical technology has fallen into a technical bottleneck. The active high current equalizing technology has become a method to control the consistency. Its principle is very simple.Through the way of electric energy transfer, the performance of cells in the battery pack are approaching consistent, and the capacity of lithium battery pack is close to the total capacity of all cells, The life cycle of the battery pack is close to the nominal life cycle of the cell.

Since December 2020, in Shenzhen, Certmap Systems cooperated with takeout distribution operators to start a one-year research and stress test. The selected test riders freely use battery pack (China battery cell, nominal cycle life of 700 times, battery pack capacity of 48V/24AH) and charging station. All data are uploaded to the server real time as the basic data of the research.

One year later, the data shows that the median number of battery packs finished more than 250 full charge and full discharge cycles, pack performance maintained stable, an endurance mileage was over 45 kilometers, all battery packs remained healthy. The charging stations, cloud servers and APP were very stable. Particularly, these products passed the test of climate environment and the challenges of high temperature, rainy, humid, typhoon and low temperature (below 10 degrees) in Shenzhen.
